Any materials created by Di Lusso Security Solutions for the client, including strategies, campaigns, and reports, remain the property of Di Lusso Security Solutions unless specifically transferred by written contract.

Except as prohibited by law, You will hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, or arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

Our total liability to You for any claim under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount You paid us in the past 12 months for the services relating to the dispute.

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents.

While we strive to provide quality results, we do not guarantee specific results from security campaigns or SEO rankings, as these depend on many factors outside of our control.
